MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Supervise and assign tasks to laundry staff.
Oversee the washing, drying, ironing, and delivery processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of laundry equipment and facilities.
Train new staff and conduct regular skill enhancement sessions.
Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures for laundry processes.
Handle customer complaints and operational issues related to laundry services.
Monitor and manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and linen.
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, engineering, etc.) for seamless operations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on laundry operations to management.

Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
Staff dormitory provided; two meals per day included.
Special allowances for mainland and remote resort-based employees.
Service charges and bonuses applicable during probation period.
13th-month salary bonus.
Entitlement to public holidays, annual leave, and participation in insurance schemes in accordance with company policy and Vietnamese law.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
High school diploma or higher; professional training or certification in laundry operations is an advantage.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in laundry services.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to train and motivate staff.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of laundry processes, fabrics, chemicals, and operation of industrial laundry equipment.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to service quality.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
