- Product Development & Research
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection.
- Support the Product Lead in identifying trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.
- Help manage product documentation, roadmaps, and feature requests.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Maintain detailed records of product lifecycle stages and updates.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Gather and analyze product performance data to generate reports and insights.
- Assist in testing, user experience evaluations, and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external.
- Team Communication
- Help facilitate meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Respond to inquiries related to product development, design and updates.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment, open mindset & strong teamwork spirit
- Able to work with tight deadlines and schedules
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana,...).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

[Nice to have]
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics,
- 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role is a plus.
