**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) - Evaluate my supplier on industrialization competencies. - Train and coach my supplier to be autonomous for the Indus know-how by respecting the Indus standard. - Confirm the technical requirement based on the process and supplier know-how. - Co-validate the RTI box and ensure it is feasible in my supplier. - Ensure the quality and technical demands are well respected at before and after mass production by accurate RTI validated and completed CTP delivered. - Set up, implement, and evaluate the Company Production Requirement in my production line. - Ensure the process of my product is capable by verifying its SOT. - Ensure the repeatability of the processes used on my product by checking the quality consistency (RFT). - Ensure the process of my product is profitable by checking the efficiency within a certain period (OWE). - Ensure a reasonable learning curve in the production line to reach the target efficiency within a certain period (OWE). - Co-validate the production control plan of my perimeter (process/product/supplier). - Always focus on finding the best balance point and method among speed, quality, and stability when any new products start to be produced. - Investigate any automatization solutions for all processes. - Take part in online & final quality control with my team when needed. **Chức vụ**: Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng phòng **Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian **Quyền lợi được hưởng**: - Chế độ bảo hiểm - Du Lịch - Chế độ thưởng - Chăm sóc sức khỏe - Đào tạo - Tăng lương **Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề **Yêu cầu công việc**: - Minimum 7 years in the footwear industry on commercialization (focus on Innovation & Emerging concepts is a plus). - Distinct know-how of footwear manufacturing methods, construction, materials, tooling & different shoe process at least 2 of those one = PU Injection / Cemented / Boardlasting. - Have demonstrate ability to connect people & federate around a project, able to do problem solving. - Have experience with Leading a TEAM at least > 2 years. - A curious mind with a passion for products & running is a plus, you have strong VITALITY to move people through the wonder of sport. - English business is fluent. - Experienced in working with MS Office. - Willingness to travel frequently (4 hours by car per day). **Yêu cầu giới tính**: Nam/Nữ **Ngành nghề**: Dệt May,Dệt May/Da Giày,Quản Lý Chất Lượng (QA/QC),Vận Hành/Sản Xuất Trung cấp - Nghề Không yêu cầu
