**Job description**:

- Develop and maintain backend services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication in English.
- Resolve technical issues related to backend systems and databases.
- Experience in training and team-leading skills, leading a software development team
- Understanding team vision and business strategy and communication skills to deliver business requirements to the development team

**Your skills and experience**:
**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., NodeJS, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- 5 years or more experience Strong understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and server-side logic
- 3 years or more experience Knowledge of backend best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
- Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration with international teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- 3 years or more experience Knowledge of security best practices
- Experience in leading a software development team2 years or more experience
- Experience in team management and project management

**Desirable Traits**:

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiar with DevOps best practices and experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines.
- Active participation and contribution to open source projects and experience working with communities.
- Expertise in security and practical experience in vulnerability countermeasures and security best practices.
- Experience in understanding business needs and building backend architecture and development strategies based on them.
- Skills in clearly and effectively communicating team results and technical strategies to other departments and senior management.
