POSITION PURPOSE

This role is responsible for providing high quality and effective accounting support to the business, maintaining accounting services in accordance with internal procedures, good practice and statutory requirements.

MAJOR TASKS
- Verify data and supporting documents, post entries to accounting system;
- Settle payment on time, make sure no double payment, ensure supporting documents are carefully checked before making payment;
- Follow up outstanding receivable & payable;
- Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, payables, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare the documents required to request for bank credit;
- Issue invoices;
- Forecast cashfow
- Manage inter-company transactions, do monthly reconciliation of all account balances;
- Prepare Flash report,monthly financial statements;
- Prepare tax reports (VAT, PIT, FCT).
- Submit periodically tax declaration;
- Support in providing documents & books for internal & external auditor; coordinate with tax authorities when required;
- Other tasks if required.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in General Accountant position
- Good knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards and other Vietnam tax regulation
- Prepare/check tax declaration (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT,)
- Self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision
- Proficiency in Excel
- Solid collaboration and communication skill
- High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
- Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.
