**Maintenance Analytics Product Owner**:
Maintenance Analytics Product is backbone for data driven decision and analytical capabilities in Next Generation Maintenance and the Product Owner of Maintenance Analytics will play a key role in revamping analytical capabilities through maintaining and continuous development of the product. The responsibilities of the Product Owner include product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and business requirements, managing the product backlog, and working closely with Next Generation Maintenance as well as key stakeholders who are current and future consumer of maintenance analytics data. The Maintenance Analytics Product Owner works with cross functional teams to maintain and develop new analytical functionalities and supporting processes to ensure the product has current features and optimal usability. This role ensure that the product supports the Next Generation Maintenance team’s overall strategy and goals. This role may also work with teams across business segments to understand potential usages of data or service sharing to build integrated solution to fulfill business needs.

**What you will do**:

- Participates in discussions with Maintenance Analytics Manager & Next Generation Maintenance Management on development of long-term strategy, and road mapping
- Prepare business case with the support of relevant business partners and perform cost-benefit assessment to create product backlog based on agreed priorities
- Define product strategy and roadmap and key metrics in conjunction with the maintenance analytics manager, partners with key business stakeholders, identifies issues, impacts, and articulates options and solutions
- Develop requirements for assigned products and production support initiatives based on market information, customer feedback, and leadership input, and assist teams to realize these requirements
- Responsible for researching and maintaining a working knowledge of future regulatory and clinical requirements, IT regulatory requirements (Data security), capabilities, and technology trends, and incorporating that knowledge into communication and implementation.
- Define and prioritize features to update product regularly and maintain usability of product
- Act as a leader within the company and spokesperson of the product.
- Plan and facilitate training material/video to provide training to all end users in most effective and efficient way.
- Participate in demos and meetings as appropriate.
- Drive and participate in agile product development
- Handle data discrepancies challenges with stakeholders, perform data validation, challenge stakeholders if request has not business value, find optimal solution to save company resources and most importantly keep simplified and standardized solution
- Focus on product scalability which is key success factor and to ensure that the new modifications/Improvement can be managed.
- This role requires stakeholder management around the globe therefore working hours are best with CET time zone.

**We believe you have**:

- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any other relevant technical field.
- Understand maintenance concepts & RCM concepts are key requirements and knowledge of Asset Performance Management is plus.
- Understand Business Intelligence, data models, mathematical models and understanding of tabular modeling, knowledge of developing of decision models is plus.
- You are analytical and organized which makes it easy for you to create structure and keep track on parallel things.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
