- Assist in design, bidding, and construction supervision of equipment systems (MEP) for ongoing development projects in Hanoi, Vietnam.
- Mainly involve in the ongoing construction projects
- Support for project management work as a developer (in charge of facilities)
- Support Japanese technical manager regarding construction equipment systems (MEP) related work such as: Design management, schedule management, budget management, bidding management, construction management (quality control, safety management), etc.
- Construction supervision at construction project (Gia Lam area) (quality control and safety control as a developer).
- Prepare various documents, presentation materials, process and edit the drawing data (CAD data).
- Communicate with project team, participate in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.) \
- Interpret between English and Vietnamese if any.

Executive or Senior Executive (Base on salary level)
**Job Description**:
Assist in design, bidding, and construction supervision of equipment systems (MEP) for ongoing development projects in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Mainly involve in the ongoing Star Lake Complex Development Project (hereafter referred to as SLP-B) and the new school construction project (hereafter referred to as Project C).
Specific work content
Support for project management work as a developer (in charge of facilities)
Support Japanese technical manager regarding construction equipment systems (MEP) related work such as: Design management, schedule management, budget management, bidding management, construction management (quality control, safety management), etc.
Construction supervision at the school construction site (Gia Lam area) (quality control and safety control as a developer).
Prepare various documents, presentation materials, process and edit the drawing data (CAD data).
Communicate with project team, participate in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.) ※In English and Vietnamese.
Interpret between English and Vietnamese if any.

English: Business level
Age: 25~35
Years of experience: More than 3 years in the field of Building services engineering
Required experience: Office design, general contractor, project management (PM) or construction management (CM) experience
Education: University or college graduate related to construction technology
Skills and qualifications: Project manager qualification, construction manager qualification, basic PC skills

- Compensation

**Salary**: 800~1400 USD (NET)
Bonus: Around 1-2 monthly salary
Pay raise: Once a year

※The site temporary office is assumed to be in the Gia Lam area.
Working hours: Weekdays 8:00-17:00 (Lunch break 12:00-13:00)

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (according to the Vietnamese calendar)
Over time: Paid
Transportation expenses: Transportation allowance: 500,000 VND /month (paid with salary)
From Hanoi office to the site office (Gia Lam area): Use company car or grab (both paid by the company)
From home to the site office: Use grab (paid by the company)
Trial period: 60 days
