**Job description**:
**JOB PURPOSE/MISSION**:

- Ingenico Android Competence Center is tasked with building and maintaining reference software to use across all regions.

The Senior QA oversees validation and delivery of products from the center. He/She is expected to lead a project ensuring continuous testing during elaboration, as well as release testing.

**REPORTING TO**: QA Lead

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with Agile Project Lead to understand features and establish tests strategy (unit, integration)
- Assess test effort and establish test plans
- Build test cases, continuously improve test coverage
- Coordinate with development group for continuous validation (unit tests)
- Support automation team to develop automation tool
- Work with QA Lead to define KPI for QA team, manage KPI and report to Direct Manager
- Manage release identification and validation (CI)
- Guide members on tools and processes

**Your skills and experience**:

**Competency/Skill Requirements**:

- Excellent knowledge base of Quality Control & Quality Assurance
- Good knowledge base of Project Management
- Be able to self-study & investigate technical issues in a certain period of time
- High-level analytical skills
- Critical & creative thinker
- Be active & good at teamwork
- Good at leadership (having team leading experience with team size 2~5 members is preferred)
- Good at problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Payment domain is a plus

**Languages**:

- English communication

**Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience testing field
