Key Accountabilities- Assist teachers in delivering lessons by supporting students in understanding the content and actively engaging in learning activities.- Prepare teaching materials and learning resources as requested by teachers.- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and report to teachers.- Facilitate classroom management to ensure a productive learning environment.- Support the organization of extracurricular activities and center-wide events to enhance student engagement.- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need additional support

Key Selection Criteria- A current university student or graduate in English Language, English Teaching, Linguistics, or a related field.- Strong communication skills, confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for education.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Prior experience as a teaching assistant or English tutor is an advantage.- IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (or equivalent English proficiency certification) is a plus

Other Information- Contract duration: March 2025 - December 2025- Highly competitive salary: 40,000VND/hour - Net- Approximately 90 hours per month (flexible)- Social insurance- Accident insurance 24/7- Training and mentorship from experienced educators.- Opportunities to develop teaching skills and gain practical experience.

English Proficiency

English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS General 6.5.
