Protecting the World's Critical Infrastructure **What You Will be Doing**: - Work in an engineering team to develop and operate the product. - Employ CI/CD workflows, containerization, production deployments. - Maintain and develop performance testing framework. - Monitoring and alerting. - Incident support, management, resolutions and post-incident analysis. - Joining remote sessions with customers to investigate and address issues. - Identify and troubleshoot platform issues. - Lead and mentor other DevOps engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Communicate and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on infrastructure projects and initiatives. **What We Need from You**: - Welcome as a Senior DevOps Engineer/SRE in an Agile environment and ready for the Lead level - Experience with Linux/Unix systems and Shell Scripting (BASH). - Experience with on-prem, AWS and Azure Kubernetes. - Experience with building and managing automated CI/CD pipelines and related tools (TeamCity, Bitbucket, Jenkins). - Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python. - Automate manual tasks to boost efficiency and minimize human error. - Excellent analytical skills, capable of fast decision-making using sound judgement, and not afraid to explore new ideas. - Good interpersonal skills in dealing with customers with differing technical specializations, able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment. - Good written and verbal English communication skills. - Good organizational skills are required, including prioritization of multiple projects and objectives. - Willingness to work "on call" on weekends in case of operational and customer issues. - Bachelor's degrees in software engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences.
