Handle Testing part of department, distribute testers between suitable projects in department
- Review test technical & guide/train lower level testers to complete their jobs/reach to higher test levels
- Consultant to projects for Test domain
- Join into proposal phase with BUL, PM which need testing knowledge, estimation
- Review and analyze system specifications for validity and feasibility.
- Make test strategy, test scenario if needed
- Ensure projects’ quality in department
- Plus: Suggest/propose how to level up members’ skills, improve productivity

**Job Qualifications**
- Many years (~10 years) experience in Testing domain
- English fluent in speaking, listening, writing & reading to communicate directly with Customer
- Work with India and US customers, good English speaking and writing.
- Familiar with Agile Modal and Scrum Framework, JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Background in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in MS SQL database/API testing, performance testing, Postman tool.
- Good at organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
- Have ability to study/research new things quickly and efficiently.
- Knowledge about Azure Performance Monitoring and deployment process are advantages (can be trained later).
