1. Do leasing and assist Leasing Manager in all related leasing activities

Phụ trách cho thuê và hỗ trợ Trưởng Bộ phận cho thuê trong các hoạt động liên quan đến hoạt động cho thuê.

2. Coordinate with all concerned departments from leasing negotiation until tenant’s opening.

3. Plan and monitor the allocated budget

4. Prepare and update leasing documents, leasing reports, data base reports

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by Leasing Manager

- Having experiences in leasing at shopping Mall

Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại Trung tâm Thương mại
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or its equivalent

Bằng Cử nhân về Quản lý Bất động sản, Quản trị Kinh doanh, hoặc các lĩnh vực khác có liên quan

Thông thạo các ứng dụng MS Office

**Yêu cầu giới tính**: Nam/Nữ
