**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing the footwear product development process by supporting business Units and directly interact with vendors to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from proto into production.
- Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the team leader
- Review the tech pack with oversea teams and vendors.
- Coordinate with RMS, tooling, MM team manage project timelines.
- Ensure all specs are accurate and on schedule to support timeline.
- Support sample material transfer between vendors; Support trims / 2nd upper process.
- Heads up long lead time projects to SCM.
- Communicate all product, shipping, tracking, between factory and overseas team.
- Team up RA meeting internally and expand to SPs achieve CRFs corrections, clarification, and wear test /lab test samples during this stage.
- Meet and influence product quality to meet highest standard during each phase of sampling.

**Knowledge & Skill Requirements**:

- At least 5 years working experience in shoe industry for Developer; Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of product category, product materials, and product development lifecycle.
- Proficient office software (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Fluent English both written and verbal. Chinese is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
