MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Audit and verify all revenue transactions from rooms, F&B outlets, spa, and other hotel services
Review daily revenue reports, trial balances, and supporting documents from Night Audit
Ensure all rates, discounts, and complimentary rooms are properly authorized and documented
Verify credit card transactions and ensure timely posting and accuracy
Audit banquet and event charges against signed banquet event orders (BEOs)
Monitor and report on overages, shortages, and discrepancies in cashier reports
Prepare and distribute daily revenue summaries and income journals to management
Assist in month-end closing and ensure trial balances match the general ledger
Maintain proper documentation and filing of audit records for compliance and reference
Conduct spot checks in outlets to ensure proper handling of transactions and controls
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or Master’s is a plus.
1-2 years of experience as same position in hotels (pre-opening experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of financial systems and compliance requirements.
