- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting also ensure to implement the tax regulations completely as well as internal company policies
- Control General Ledger expenses (GL Account, including but not limited to accruals, prepaid expenses, cost of goods sold, utilities, rental fee, IT, FA ), check variance & resolve all arising issues
- Review tax reports monthly, quarterly & yearly (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT, patent tax...)
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Be a tax partner with Senior accountant Manager, to detect the tax risk and fix any wrong in company’s activity to meet the tax’s requirement.
- Able to work with internal audit, external audit, tax officer, custom officer when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, ERP system.
- Experience in an e-commerce, retail, or technology environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
