- Compliance and implement all request from Execuitve sous chef and Pastry chef

Tuân thủ và thực hiện mọi yêu cầu từ Bếp phó Điều hành và Bếp trưởng Bếp bánh
- In charge of running the day-to-day operation in areas in Pastry

Phụ trách điều hành hoạt động hàng ngày tại các khu vực trong Bếp bánh
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality

Chuẩn bị, nấu và trình bày các món theo đúng chuyên môn cá nhân
- Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you

Quản lý và đào tạo chuyên môn cho đầu bếp cao cấp và nhân viên thuộc Bếp bánh
- Maintains good relationship with Pastry chef, other Culinary Departments, F&B Supervisors and Stewarding.

Giữ mối quan hệ tốt với Bếp trưởng Bếp bánh, Bộ phận Ẩm thực, Giám sát Nhà hàng và Bộ phận tạp vụ Bếp
- Conducts training on all related food preparations, hygiene and grooming standards in conjunction with Pastry chef

Phối hợp với Bếp trưởng Bếp bánh tiến hành đào tạo cho bộ phận về các tiêu chuẩn chuẩn bị thực phẩm, vệ sinh và diện mạo
- Checks the quality of raw materials in his assigned area, as well as their storage, handling and usage.

Kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên liệu thô trong khu vực được giao, cũng như việc bảo quản, xử lý và sử dụng.
- Directs production of daily food preparation and its coordination area.

Hướng dẫn chuẩn bị chế biến món ăn hàng ngày
- Assists Pastry Chef in creating and developing new dishes and recipes by keeping up with the latest market trends.

Hỗ trợ Bếp trưởng Bếp bánh trong việc sáng tạo và phát triển các món ăn và công thức nấu ăn mới bắt kịp các xu hướng thị trường mới nhất.
- Checks food storage areas and refrigerators for cleanliness and proper functioning at least twice daily.

Kiểm tra các khu vực bảo quản thực phẩm và tủ lạnh ít nhất 2 lần/ngày để đảm bảo luôn sạch sẽ và hoạt động bình thường.
- Is concerned with maintaining a consistent quality and continuously shows efforts to upgrade the products produced in his/her assigned area.

Chú ý đến việc duy trì chất lượng đồng bộ cho các món ăn và không ngừng nỗ lực nâng cao chất lượng các món ăn được làm ra
- Checks standard and quality of mise en place and meets with Pastry Chef to plan daily food and beverage activities.

Kiểm tra tiêu chuẩn và chất lượng của các thực phẩm/món ăn đã được bày biện và họp với Bếp trưởng Bếp bánh để lên kế hoạch cho các hoạt động ẩm thực trong ngày.
- Keeps Pastry Chef informed about all aspects of assigned section, including equipment, working environment, Host issues and departmental relations

Luôn thông báo cho Bếp trưởng Bếp bánh về tất cả các công việc của bộ phận được giao, bao gồm trang thiết bị, môi trường làm việc, và sự phối hợp giữa các bộ phận
- Has to be always well prepared and knowledgeable about all recipes, presentations and taste of dishes established by resort policy.
