**Position**: Program Officer

**About For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF)**:
For Vietnamese Stature Foundation (VSF) was established on December 16, 2014, as a non-profit organization committed to contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). VSF supports communities in health protection and care, with a particular focus on disadvantaged children. VSF also funds and implements programs aimed at developing education, intelligence, and physical well-being for Vietnamese people. **Program Officer**

**Reports to**: Director

**Workplace**: Opera Business Center, 60 Ly Thai To, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi (frequent travel to project sites in other provinces)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Expected Start Date**: March 26, 2025

**Contract Duration**: 12 months (renewable)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and implement VSF’s infrastructure projects (schools, school toilets, bridges, roads, etc.), and Happy School project, including:

- Quality control and compliance
- Coordination with partners and donors
- Financial management and project documentation
- Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate internal and external reporting (financial and activity reports)
- Ensure adherence to VSF’s operational policies, procedures, and guidelines in all project activities
- Support the Director in fundraising initiatives (project proposal writing, designing, identifying fundraising opportunities, and presenting ideas)
- Perform other tasks as required by the management board

**Requirements**:

- University degree in construction, project management, community development, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure project management and implementation
- Experience working with NGOs or international development organizations is preferred
- Strong risk management and crisis-handling skills
- Well-established network with government agencies, businesses, and development partners
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in project proposal writing, project design, management, and implementation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in internet tools and social media for professional use
- Proactive, creative, and highly responsible work ethic
- Strong written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites
