The PR Manager is responsible for telling corporate stories as a nutritional value chain on media, managing and nurturing media relationships, proactively mitigating issues and assisting in crisis management. Closely work with Media relations and Sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate communication
- Driving external communication at regional and local levels to engage all corporate stakeholders, increase corporate Share of Voice on media.
- Liaise with cross-function internal teams in order to leverage corporate stories to promote GREENFEED positive image and safeguard corporate reputation, via PR tactics.

Media Relations Management
- Create, maintain and update media contact list frequently. Develop relationships with national and regional press contacts.
- Cultivate and enhance collaborative working relationships within the press and publicity community.
- Gather and disseminate timely information to press.
- Work as a media gatekeeper on behalf of the company and address questions and complaints of media.
- Plan and oversee press events execution.
- Building strong relationship with local and national authorities & government bodies in order to support Business operation

Crisis Management
- Anticipate and build proactive plan to counter/mitigate in case of crisis/issues
- Crisis execution
- Facilitate annual media training & crisis training for cross-team leads and function leads.

Others
- Manage relevant resources to successfully complete assigned projects/tasks including in-house team, freelancers and agencies.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications or Marketing.
- 5 years of experience in PR, communications or journalism. Multinational experience with Food/FMCG company is preferred.
- Proven track record of media management & stakeholder management

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong writing skill, in Vietnamese and English.
- Data driven, good at data analysis in order to digest business for corporate stories
- Good negotiation & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting, especially in a matrixed corporate.
- Tactical understanding of all primary social and traditional media platforms
- Result oriented with excellent project management skills to ensure smooth complex project delivery.
- Proactive, reliable, responsible and attentive to details.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
