**JOB OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead Test Automation - Define and implement strategies for large, multi-domain projects.
- Advisory & Collaboration - Guide clients on best practices; work with PM, BA, DEV, and QA for alignment.
- Automation Development - Design, build, and maintain automated and performance test suites.
- Mentorship & Standards - Coach junior testers and improve testing methodologies.
- Requirements & Compliance - Propose automation solutions, manage documentation, and ensure standard

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 12+ years in Software Quality Engineering & Test Automation
- 5+ years in QA leadership roles managing teams of 10-20+ people
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
- Strong experience in building and scaling test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar).
- Experience in performance testing and Agile test management.
- Ability to consult, propose, and implement independent testing solutions for clients.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (Agile/Scrum & Waterfall).
- Experience working directly with end-users and international clients is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem analysis, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in mentoring and leading QA/Testing teams is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced, Certified Automation Professional) are an advantage.
