We are looking for an excellent Senior ML engineer, who will be responsible for building and maintaining the next generation of Chotot’s ML Product. You will have the power to lead your initiatives geared towards making the ML Engineers and Applied Scientists at Chotot more productive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full cycle of ML product development including collecting data, training, deploying, observing quality and performance of ML services
- Collaborate with other members to set up, build tools to manage ML development and ML product infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in a wide range of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, know when to choose appropriate algorithm to solve the problem
- Experience with Generative AI, vector databases and libraries like LangChain (a plus)
- Have good knowledge of testing frameworks and practices to ensure model performance and reliability in production
- Solid understanding of fundamental statistics, probability theory, and the scientific method
- Experience in deploying machine learning models to production environments, including containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow), for batch and real-time inference
- Strong software engineering principles, including modular code design, code optimization, and familiarity with software development best practices
- Proficiency in working with databases, both SQL and NoSQL, to access and manipulate data
- Practical working experience with GCP cloud technologies (AI Platform, Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Function) is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of comfort explaining complex technical topics to stakeholders
