**I. Responsibilities**:
**Brand strategy & development**
- Develop and execute the overall brand strategy, ensuring consistency and distinctiveness across all communication channels.
- Manage and enhance brand identity, ensuring coherence in visuals, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing content and community-driven activities to engage potential customers.
**Marketing campaign execution & management**
- Lead and oversee product launch campaigns, implementing comprehensive strategies to generate excitement and maximize sales.
- Develop B2B and B2C communication campaigns.
- Define and manage the allocated budget, analyze the return on investment.
**Collaboration with other departments**
- Work closely with R&D, Creatives, and Production teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies, product innovation, and production timelines, optimizing the overall marketing and sales funnel.
- Align marketing efforts with production schedules to ensure timely and effective product launches.
- Follow up with B2B clients to maintain relationships, gather feedback, and deliver information and deadlines to other departments.
- Manage B2C marketing strategies, including customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce optimization.
**Research & performance measurement**
- Analyze customer insights and market research to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Track and measure campaign performance, providing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends and evolving consumer behaviors to adjust strategies accordingly.
**II. Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, preferably in gaming, collectibles, or lifestyle industries.
- Have 2 - 3 years of brand management, consumer journey design experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing/branding strategy, brand storytelling.
- Experience in launching campaigns with diversified activities across touchpoints.
- Proficiency in the ability to leverage insights for marketing optimization.
- Proven experience in collaborating with design, content, product development, and production teams to execute successful campaigns.
- Leadership experience, with a history of managing marketing or content teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Strong ability to communicate and partnership capabilities.
- Strong task management skills, capable of managing urgent tasks while maintaining daily workflow efficiency
- Proficient in English.
**III. Benefits**

- Working time: 9 am - 6 pm, Mon - Fri
