I/ BROAD SCOPE:
Responsible for driving air freight sales growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing relationships with existing clients within the designated market. This role involves understanding customer air logistics needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
II/ ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in need of air freight services through proactive sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of the company's air logistics services.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in air logistic
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to air shipments.
- Understand customers' evolving logistics needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
3. Air Freight Operations Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of air freight processes, including booking, documentation, customs procedures, and airline operations.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of air shipments.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding their shipments.
4. Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and customer needs to contribute to service improvements
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the Sales Part team and other internal departments (e.g., Operations, Customer Service) to achieve overall business objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION
- University graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
(b) EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the air freight or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
- Familiarity with air freight operations and market dynamics.
(c) SKILLS
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
