- Monitor parameterized changes on CMS over the time in order to design/implement and monitor Operational Risk that related to credit card.
- Theo dõi các thay đổi tham số trên CMS theo thời gian để thiết kế/ triển khai và giám sát rủi ro hoạt động liên quan đến thẻ tín dụng.
- Timely report for operational risk that related to parameterized changes, and incorporate with internal stakeholders to address the issues (if any).
- Báo cáo kịp thời về rủi ro hoạt động liên quan đến các thay đổi tham số và kết hợp với các bên liên quan nội bộ để giải quyết các vấn đề (nếu có).
- Incorporate and build up tools/disciplines/ procedures in order to control risk that related to CMS/credit card processes
- Xây dựng các công cụ/ kỷ luật/ quy trình để kiểm soát rủi ro liên quan đến quy trình CMS/ thẻ tín dụng.
- Involve project of new product design/ product feature of credit card

- Implement and support change request of credit card that related to operational processes.
- Triển khai và hỗ trợ yêu cầu thay đổi của thẻ tín dụng liên quan đến các quy trình hoạt động.
- Consult and support to business for any inquiries that related to parameterized setup for internal stakeholder
- Tư vấn và hỗ trợ cho các doanh nghiệp về bất kỳ yêu cầu nào liên quan đến cấu hình tham số cho bên liên quan nội bộ.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by Card Operations Control & Support Team Leader
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi nhóm Trưởng điều hành và hỗ trợ thẻ.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Banking, Finance, IT
- Bằng cử nhân về Kinh tế, Ngân hàng, Tài chính, Công nghệ thông tin.
- At least 01 years related to IT banking or project related to card industry
- Ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm liên quan đến Ngân hàng CNTT hoặc dự án liên quan đến ngành thẻ.
- 02 years working experience with card’s activities and card management systems is a plus
- 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với các hoạt động của thẻ và hệ thống quản lý thẻ là một điểm cộng.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office.
- Time management, logical thinking and presentation skills
- Quản lý thời gian, tư duy logic và kỹ năng trình bày.
- Capable of using English for reading and writing.
- Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh để đọc và viết trong công việc.
