We are looking for a Supplier to conduct end-line performance evaluation for Project “**Equal digital literacy environment with social inclusion for children from 6 to 11 years old in Vietnam**”.
The selection criteria can be found in attached “Appendix 2 - Selection criteria”.
- Copy of business license/ establishment/ operating license for firm/ research institute/ research organization.
- Technical proposals for End-line performance evaluation
- Financial proposals with breakdown cost (attached Appendix 1 - RFQ) and with confirmation to comply with SCI compulsory policies (as mentioned in Appendix 1- RFQ).
- CVs of team leader and team members
- 2 sample reports.
The competitive offer package must be received no later than **24:00 -09-March-2025**. Failure to meet the closing time may result in the offer being void.
