**Mô tả công việc**
- Tham gia đào tạo chuyên môn về Automation Test dưới sự hướng dẫn của Automation QA/Tester Leader
- Có cơ hội tiếp cận các dự án thực tế về Automation testing
- Nắm được quy trình và cách thức thực hiện Automation testing bài bản trong dự án
- Thực hiện tạo testcase và test theo hướng Automation

**Yêu cầu công việc**
- Sinh viên năm cuối các trường cao đẳng, đại học. Ưu tiên chuyên ngành công nghệ thông tin;
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về lập trình
- Ưu tiên những bạn có tiếng Anh tốt hoặc tiếng Nhật
- Tính cách tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận;
- Tư duy logic tốt;
- Tinh thần cầu tiến và trách nhiệm trong công việc

- Được đào tạo chuyên sâu về nghiệp vụ Automation Testing với Automation QA Leaders/QA Managers trên 10 năm trong việc đảm bảo chất lượng dự án theo tiêu chuẩn Nhật Bản;

- Có cơ hội tham gia nhiều khóa training QA/Tester nội bộ tại CW như: ISTQB, Automation testing, Soft skills;
- Trực tiếp tham gia vào các dự án phát triển phần mềm, kiểm thử phần mềm lớn của khách hàng;
- Cung cấp xác nhận thực tập (đối với sinh viên trong kỳ thực tập).

**Quyền lợi khi trở thành nhân viên chính thức**:

- Thưởng và review tăng lương 2 lần/năm
- Thử việc hưởng 100% lương
- Ca làm việc linh hoạt: 8h-17h; 8h30 - 17h30; 9h - 18h
- Ngày phép: 14+ ngày/năm
- Bảo hiểm sức khỏe cao cấp cho toàn bộ nhân viên.
- Kiểm tra sức khỏe định kỳ 1 năm/lần
- BHXH, BHYT, BHTN mức cao, đảm bảo quyền lợi người lao động.
