**WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TECHNICAL LEADER/ENGINEERING LEADER IN HCM OR DA NANG TO JOIN US**

**We welcome expats, as well as Vietnamese professionals living abroad who wish to return and contribute to Vietnam's high-tech industry**

**Your job will comprise**:

- Participate in the requirements analysis process.
- Collaborate with your software architect to produce software design and architecture.
- Write clean, scalable code using.NET/ ReactJS/ Python programming languages.
- Refactor and improve the existing code base.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle. Possess strong communication skills to effectively guide and mentor a team of senior engineers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor in Information Technology or Computer Science or related fields
- Have experience in the high-tech domains such as semicon, analytical and medical. You are eager to enhance this expertise and gain more experience within these domains.
- Good knowledge and practical skills in clean code, software design
- Feel confident using.NET/ ReactJS/ Python for different operating systems, including state machine and/or real-time aspects.
- Experience with Windows Form, WPF, or WinUI3 is a significant advantage.
- Have proven competence with various development methods and technologies (OOAD, Agile, TDD, MDSD, etc.)
- Act as a technical lead in a team of 3 to 7 persons and good at people management
- Good English communication skills, working directly with international clients
- Be used to working in a dynamic and environment with fast-changing priorities, parallel projects, and various stakeholders with probably conflicting interests.
- Strong logical thinking, proactive and open-minded
