Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, US, Spain and other Socotec offices. For our office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a BIM Modeller.

**Job Description**:
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY**
- Create, update and revise BIM Models and Drawings throughout the project life cycle;
- Create BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputs;
- Create BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models;
- Develop internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning;
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues;

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**

***:

- Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent;
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian ) are welcome;
- Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Sketchup, Archicad and others;
- Proven experience with working in Collaborative BIM platforms and in teams with different offices;
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3DSmax or similar;
- Work experience for international companies for infrastructure;
- Must have exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities;
