**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Xây dựng từ đầu các hệ thống quản lý và phát triển con người theo mô tả của bộ phận hoạt động con người trên nền tảng web, app bao gồm các module chính như.
- Quản lý, lưu trữ và truy xuất các thông tin chi tiết về nhân sự.
- Xây dựng các chức năng hỗ trợ tự động và đơn giản hóa cho các khâu tuyển dụng, đánh giá, đào tạo, xây dựng chính sách đãi ngộ.
- Xây dựng các chức năng hỗ trợ quản lý các tasks trong công việc
- Xây dựng các chức năng hỗ trợ việc quản lý tài chính, hành chính của công ty.
- Thống kê báo cáo dữ liệu dưới nhiều dạng biểu đồ.
- Thực hiện các công việc theo chỉ đạo trực tiếp từ trưởng bộ phận và Ban lãnh đạo.
