The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. **About the Team**:

- The Digital Product Development team in Vietnam focuses on digital products in both ShopeePay and Shopee. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, including new products, campaign related features, system performance, etc.
- Being a team member, you'll have chances to skill up by doing various kinds of tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders. Main external partners are providers for flight tickets, movies tickets, events, bill payment services, etc.
- Work closely with business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share
- Work with external partners to integrate new services for digital products
- Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review and release new features
- Act as a specialist for the product, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, define Standard Operating Procedure, etc.
- Work closely and provide training to internal teams for new features

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- At least 3 year experience as Product Manager or Product Owner or IT Business Analyst
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Decent technical skill to go through external partner’s tech spec, review & come up with system diagram analysis
- Able to effectively communicate complex business or technical information in English
- Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams

**Nice to have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Have problem-solving mindset, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
