Service Assurance; Customer Service; Admin & Support; Operations Support; Reporting - Provide administrative support to Senior Managers and assist with government reports and related assignments. - Handle service assurance, customer service, admin and operations support. - Coordinate activities with team members, vendors, and agency staff. - Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with company and government requirements. - Perform other duties as assigned.
