- Develop the Quality Control (QC) system for the entire factory, assign tasks, and supervise the performance of the QC department.
- Prepare necessary welding procedures to support the factory’s products (if required). Be proficient in the company’s quality management system, processes, and forms. Keep up to date with new standards, procedures, guidelines, and inspection methods.
- Assign tasks to QC staff, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the QC team.
- Work directly with the customer's QC department regarding product quality and acceptance criteria.
- Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for critical defects (such as deviations from standards, incorrect materials, wrong drawings, etc.).

Other Responsibilities:

- Act as the liaison for both internal and external communications between departments; collect input information, provide feedback, and resolve arising issues.
- Manage department staff: train, provide job guidance, explain company policies, enhance staff capabilities, and provide development orientation.
- Continuously develop professional skills and implement new management methods to improve departmental efficiency.
