Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Lead project teams in the execution of project plans.
- Monitor and control project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Address and resolve project issues to keep the project on track.
- Communicate project objectives, requirements, and updates effectively.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
- Identify and address any resource constraints or bottlenecks.
- Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

**Your skills and experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Good English skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in the tech industry or having previously worked as a Tech Lead.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Team spirit & strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
