**RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT**

**Position: Strategy Planning Senior Staff and above**

Gender: Male/Female

Working place: Tan Quang, Van Lam, Hung Yen

Working time: 7:30 to 16:15 from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturday off per month

**_Job Description_**

**1) Strategy development**- Monthly follow up KPI of each Business team-
- Monitor/ evaluate Budget implementation and propose Management for adjusting if needed-
- Propose policies to promote business activities (such as performance salary policy, KPI sheet, etc)- **2) Work process optimization**
- Follow and update the overall risk management process for the Company, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the Company when risks occur
- Assess the compliance of work process narrative
- Change/ update work process to maximize work efficiency and enhance internal control system
- Set up key performance indicator for Management Division and Production teams

**_ Requirements_**- Ability to collect, summarize, analyze information and making report and presentation-
- Experience in risk management and knowledge of ERP software are preferred-
- Good command of English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writting). IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 800 minimum**_ Benefit_**
