About Bonario

Bonario is a leading company specializing in premium interior decoration materials, including curtains, wallcoverings, and upholstered furniture. We manage two distinct brands:

- Ordinaire: Modern, mínimalist furniture focused on comfort and style.
- Bonario: Premium curtains and wallcoverings for sophisticated interiors.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and oversee the marketing strategies for both brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for both brands to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen market positioning.
- Align marketing activities with business goals and brand objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Team Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 6-8 members, including senior and junior marketing executives, content creators, and video editors.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster collaboration and creativity within the team.
- Campaign Development
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and PR activities.
- Budget Management
- Create and manage the marketing budget for both brands.
- Optimize spending to maximize ROI across all marketing initiatives.
- Content and Digital Marketing
- Supervise the creation of engaging content, including social media posts, videos, blogs, and newsletters.
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Brand Development
- Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing materials and activities.
- Develop strategies to differentiate each brand while maintaining synergy between them.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product development, and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with company operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the marketing department and the CEO.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, 3 years in leadership roles, preferably in the interior design, furniture, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands and teams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and solutions.
- Budget management and analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
