This role takes charge of management and governance of local business network which cover the operation and support services of our general agency offices (GA) nationwide including:

- Undertake risk control, oversight, provide independent and impartial assurance to company’s risk management on the effectiveness of GA operations governance, management, and process controls to extinguish any potential conflicts of interest.
- Work closely with Agency Distribution in developing and sustaining GA network for PVA focusing on quality aspects.
- Ensure the budget spent wisely, effectively, and efficiently across GA network that meet PVA requirement and direction.

Job Accountabilities:

- Ensuring that GA business is operated and governed in a standard and updated framework that complies with PVA and Group requirement, government/local authorities’ requirement.
- Ensuring that GA Audit exercises are completed on a frequent basis; Identifying remedial actions from Audit findings and follow up with respective stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring that there is adequate and sufficient involvement, guidance and support in collaboration with Agency Distribution to GA network development.
- Ensuring the budget spent wisely, effectively, and efficiently across GA network that meet PVA requirement and direction
