**Requirements**:
1. Sales experience, preferably within the chemical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and drivings business growth
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills to effectively manage local accounts and build new customer relationships
3. Ability to work independently while reporting to the Headquarter, providing regular updates and collaborating on strategic initiatives
4. Proactive and aggressive approach to business development, constantly seeking new opportunities and market insights
5. Proficiency in developing and managing sales budgets and forecasts
6. Self-motivated and able to work effectively with mínimal supervision
7. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Pay: 50,000,000₫ - 70,000,000₫ per month
