Purpose of the job
Provide support service to Product team in coordination with internal and/ or external customers including but not limited to internal Ops, external business partners, etc., for daily business.
Job description
1. Report:

- Reports on food business weekly, monthly
- Other reports for management

2. Daily task
- Manage daily PO/STO for the 10 pilot stores for the auto food ordering.
- Daily check with supplier if PO received,
- Review the PO/STO before submit,
- Work with IT BI if any issue on the form/process,
- Prepare reports for the food business for the 10 pilot stores

- University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Finance or Accounting
- Business analysis knowledge
- System know how (ERP)
- Master on excel skill for reporting purpose
- Accounting/finance/business background
