- Must provide a detailed explanation of all treatment techniques to be used on guest, as well as be comfortable discussing and assessing guest’s requirements and concerns, and anticipating guest’s needs. Provide any additional details or services to go above and beyond the guests’ expectations
- Tư vấn, tìm hiểu yêu cầu, mục tiêu dịch vụ trước khi phục vụ khách hàng._
- Identify, discuss treatment and products with guests
- Tư vấn và trao đổi với khách về bài trị liệu và sản phẩm._
- Practice universal health care protocol while dealing with guests and co-workers
- Sử dụng kỹ năng chăm sóc sức khỏe theo tài liệu tiêu chuẩn quốc tế khi cung cấp dịch vụ cho khách hàng và đồng nghiệp._
- C_ó kĩ thuật sơn móng đúng cách (đối với dịch vụ làm móng)._
- Có kiến thức về ngành nail (đối với dịch vụ làm móng)._
- Must maintain working knowledge of the following tools and equipment: paraffin heater, cuticle nippers, pushers, emery and buffers, hot oil manicure heater, electric mitts, sanitizing equipment, etc
- Có kiến thức trong việc bảo quản các dụng cụ và trang thiết bị có liên quan đến chuyên ngành nail._
- Must maintain a medical facility grade of cleanliness in the treatment area at all times, practicing all sanitation and safety guidelines as required by any applicable regulations and by the Policies & Procedures

- Maintain treatment areas cleanliness at all times. Practice a “clean as you go” approach to all work areas

**Job Requirement**:

- High School graduate (preferred)
- Tốt nghiệp phổ thông trung học._
- Complete any legally required accreditation
- Cung cấp các hồ sơ pháp lý cá nhân theo quy định._
- Demonstrate exceptional grooming and personal attention to detail
- Bề ngoài diện mạo tươm tất gọn gàng sạch sẽ._
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally
