MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Check the hotel’s PMS computer in the beginning of the shift (confirm the arrival rooms, Q rooms, Vacant dirty rooms lists and maintenance orders in the system) and during time on the floor 1 or 2 hours through the Order taker for information concerning room status, especially Q rooms.
**To prepare daily required reports**: Housekeeping room status and Room reconciliation. Noticing take-care rooms, special guest request, VIP arrivals and Group arrivals as announced in the morning briefing and the Daily important news board. Verifying Lost & Found items record of the last day.
To check and consult room attendant report, mobile pack, cloths.
To supervise the employees within the department, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department's Operations Manual.
To report and follow up on repair and maintenance.
Interact with the hotel’s guests in a friendly, polite, positive manner. Act as a liaison between the guest and the room attendant.
All ambassadors may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
