**Responsibilities**
- Follow up and responsible for the development of key projects and key customers in the region, coordinate the internal and external resources of the company to achieve the sales target;
- Explore the market and business opportunities, responsible for the development of new customers in the region and maintain the relationship with existing customers;
- Identify and report customer requirements and market trends and competitors;
- Increase customer satisfaction and retention;
- Prepare quotations, prepare contracts and follow up for deal closure;
- Be proficient in using a CRM system, including creating potential customer accounts, entering and tracking sales leads, managing sales opportunities, and writing visit reports etc;
- Assist finance department to return accounts receivable in time;
- Ensure sales behaviours to meet Group and Vietnam Code of ethics, legal and social responsibility standards required by local laws and organizational culture;
- Follow and implement other tasks assigned by manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree, major in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, chemical industry, water supply etc.
- Over 4 years sales experience in large and medium-sized enterprises or foreign-funded and sales experience of metering pumps / MCT / disinfection etc is preferred.
- Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Adapt to long-term travel, work under high intensity and high stress.
- Strong business writing.
- Fluent English is preferred.
