Junior O&m Engineer

**Your mission**:
Our international team is looking for a Junior O&M Engineer (f/m/x) to help the Asset Management Team manage the operating Solar PV portfolio in South East Asia. **In this role you will**:

- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities with clients & O&M partners as well as communicating any necessary updates or recommendations on the topic.
- Support regular online inspections and performance assessments of solar rooftop installations to identify any issues or potential improvements daily with our O&M contractors.
- Identify technical problems and underperformances in the systems, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or failures promptly, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as required.
- Support in monitoring system performance and energy production, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Manage & ensure O&M partner’s compliance with safety standards and regulations, implementing appropriate protocols and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Check O&M partner’s reports and documentation detailing maintenance activities, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate communications and actions with relevant departments such as Project Management, Asset Management and Sales when required.
- Travel to project sites & vendor locations when required.
- Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and cost spent on work orders. Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims, internally to the Asset Management team.
- Revise and update technical documentation from Solar PV assets when needed, such as SLDs, PVSyst reports and other documentation types.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in solar PV energy O&M.

**Your profile**:
**Your Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge in operations and maintenance in solar rooftop and C&I solar PV projects.
- Good command of spoken & written Vietnamese and English.
- Good general software usage skills as well as Microsoft Office. Experience in monitoring platform from inverter suppliers is a plus.
- Good communication, open mind for learning and interpersonal skills, proactive.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
- Highly familiar with Solar PV technical documents such as Single-Line diagrams, PVSyst reports, components datasheet.
- Being familiar with Solar system equipment such as PV modules, Inverters, protection components and SCADA.
- 2-3 years in C&I solar rooftop sector is a plus.
