- Design and balance game systems, in-game economy, difficulty progression, user progression, and more.
- Research and analyze references in the market to understand the trend of game systems. Moreover, propose new ideas for features and systems based on the study of references. Have a good knowledge of game mechanics in short-term and long-term; well-known casual games, and puzzle games. To build a good mechanic for Indie games, real-time and turn-based games.
- Make sure to write all of the game design documents cleanly and organized in order to facilitate communication between multidisciplinary departments and professionals.
- Collaborate process with PM, artists, and developers to transform game concepts into high-quality products with solid player engagement, retention, and monetization.

- At least 5 years of experience in a Game Designer position. Solid knowledge of casual game mechanics, game flow, and UI/UX design.
- Experience with game balancing, including in-game economies, difficulty progression, user progression. Strong skills on level design & IAP flow as well as IAA flow.
- Have experience publishing and updating the feature and balance according to the project plan.
- Analytics and statistical skills.
- Basic English skills.
- Responsibility and diligence in all work involved.
- A keen eye for details.
- Passionate about making and playing mobile games.
- All design role in the casual-puzzle game with 1M download(IAP game+), 10M(IAA games)
