We are looking for a highly motivated **In-house Legal Counsel** to join our team. This role will provide legal support to business operations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese laws and supporting strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Transactions & Contracts**
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide legal advice and risk assessment for business deals, investments, and strategic projects.
- Ensure contractual terms align with both legal requirements and business objectives.

**2. Employment & Labor Law**
- Advise on labor law compliance and HR policies.
- Draft and review employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and labor-related documentation.
- Provide legal support in employee relations and labor disputes.

**3. Corporate Governance & Compliance**
- Support corporate governance to ensure compliance with Vietnamese laws, sector-specific regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitor and update management on regulatory changes impacting the business.
- Liaise with external counsel and government authorities when necessary.
- Support risk management and litigation strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum **3 years of in-house experience** (preferably with multinational companies).
- Strong knowledge of **Vietnamese law**; exposure to international business law is a plus.
- Experience in the IT or** technology sector** is an advantage.
- Excellent **English communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- Strong legal foundation with ability to balance **legal expertise** and **business mindset**.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as the sole legal counsel, and comfortable reporting directly to the Country Manager.

**Preferred Experience**
- Prior experience working for foreign-invested companies.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and support fast-paced business environments.

Remuneration Package:

- Work location: Level 20, Lancaster Luminaire, 1154 Lang Street, Lang Ward, Hanoi
- Working hours: 9:00 ~ 17:00 (5 days per week, 7 hours per day); Breaking time: 12:00-13:00
