MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Liaison with all other departments, (including Kitchen, accounting, purchasing, FO etc) for and on behalf of the F&B Director.
Process sponsorship requests.
Answer and place telephone calls and arrange appointments for the F&B Manager, and remind them of the same. Liaison with the concerned parties.
Receive and screen office callers and visitors, schedule and set up appointments.
Maintain adequate stock of office supplies, initiate necessary requisition for approval of the F&B Director.
Keep the F&B Director informed of VIPs, groups and other arrivals for the day of hotel events and of other matters which concerns him/her.
