**Mô tả công việc**:

Responsibility 1: Source potential products (processed food, personal care, home...) in accordance to company’s strategy & customer’s needs.
- Contact to Korean suppliers to source potential & trendy products. Negotiate to get the best price, best quality and best MOQ, payment terms.
- Maintain good relationship with assigned vendors, Associations, Organizations, Funds to get marketing supports
- Update new import/export regulations (if any) to the team

Responsibility 2: Cooperate with a logistics company for customs clearance, delivering and ensuring goods quality at warehouse
- Cooperate with assigned Logistics company to register MOH, ship booking, customs clearance and so on.
- Support to solve problems: quantity, and quality during order processing.
- Follow up and track shipment until arrival in Vietnam on time then update status to other departments for preparation.

Responsibility 3: Forecast market needs and order plan, allocate products to all stores, and solve issue
- Maintain Global Sourcing products inventory in all stores then allocate goods based on sales & stock of each store
- Research, analyze and anticipate the market to identify customers’ needs and product/range opportunities
- Co-work and discuss with other departments for launching of new products strategy

Responsibility 4: Plan & follow sales activities of Global Sourcing (Promotion for push sale and clear stock, new launching products)
- Propose promotion based on the shelf life of products and stocks by product by store
- Update list Global Sourcing products on post to Marketing by timeline and main theme; new product to Marketing/O4O/B2B by timeline
- Maintain effective internal communications channels, particularly with other Category Manager teams, Operations, Marketing, and other functions within the organization

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education: Bachelor's degree

Major: Foreign Trade, Economic,... or related major

Knowledge:

- Knowledge of import and export processing and documents, import tariffs also Free Trade Agreements between Vietnam with other countries and economic commons
- Knowledge of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and products, famous brands in the world

Necessary skills:

- Proficient in Korean (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
- Excellent in MS Excel, MS Word
- Accurate in data/ figures and strong analytical ability.
- Experience within the FMCG sector or relevant Industry with prior experience in the same position (merchandise/buying).
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Planning, organizing work, managing and developing categories
