**Responsibilities**:

- **Main Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales strategies, plans, and promotional campaigns to boost revenue and enhance brand presence on e-commerce platforms, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Take responsibility for coordinating and managing sales through Tiktok Shop channels, proposing effective business strategies.
- Collaborate on the implementation of sales/marketing promotions by setting up system management programs, sales campaigns, and more. Especially skilled in organizing/setup for livestream events, scheduling live sessions, booking models, etc., to boost revenue and optimize costs.
- Monitor and update the operational performance of e-commerce channels, including stock information, order tracking, product updates, etc. Keep a close watch on inventory and new product launches to align with strategic plans.
- Supervise and monitor the execution of sales plans, reporting the results to the channel manager.
- Coordinate with other departments to execute business development programs and customer care for e-commerce channels.
- Livestream experience is an advantage.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Research and expand to other platforms when necessary.
- Have the authority to resolve related issues within the scope of work responsibilities.
- Access and propose recommendations for system improvements related to work processes.
- Suggest modifications, adjustments, or changes to job-related workflows as necessary.
- Propose methods to enhance personal work efficiency and channel operations.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 1.5-hour lunch break).
- Saturdays (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM), rotating shifts every other week.

**Salary**:

- 10,000,000 - 13,000,000 VND + Performance Bonus.

176 Truong Sa, Ward 1, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
