**Your Role**
- To provide tactical development and implementation of marketing projects (marketing tools, programs, and services) for the products assigned.
- To be responsible for the achievement of annual goals for the assigned products in the local market.

**What You Do**
- Report to Senior Product Manager
- Set up the marketing strategy and prepare a marketing action plan for the assigned products.
- Set up launching & pre-launch for assigned products and ensure their execution.
- Develop an in-depth analysis of the market, and competitors, and evaluate trends and positioning of the assigned products. Keep field force updated on the analysis information.
- Prepare promotional materials and sales tools such as a brochure, leaflet, banner, stand, gimmicks, gift, etc... for assigned products and provide training/communication on those promotional tactics/ tools to the field force.
- Develop methods of field-testing promotional programs to determine customer acceptance, evaluate the effectiveness of promotion efforts, and keep informed on the needs of the field force.
- Prepare the presentations on product knowledge & related diseases. Do product presentation internally (training to field force) & externally (scientific event).
- Maintain business relationships with pharma industry leaders. Organize conferences and workshops with Pharma industry KOLs or international speakers. Develop and manage customer care programs. Co

- Budget control - ongoing analysis and follow-up of the marketing budget of the assigned products.
- Regular review of sales results to determine problem areas and recommended needed corrected actions versus planned result analysis.
- Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, communicate with the logistics department, and develop contingency plans.
- Review and provide suggestions to feedback on the related customer complaints on assigned products.
- To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information and ensure the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible Person (LPVR) in Company Vietnam within 24 hours.

**Who You Are**
- Graduated in the major of Pharmacist or Doctor.
- Further certificate in Marketing or business management related.
- At least 2 years in the pharmaceutical market in a similar role in an international company. Have thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and a good understanding of product positioning, key benefits, and targeting customers.
- Experience with Oncology TA is preferred.
