Phụ trách lên giải pháp chiến lược giúp Khách hàng xử lý các vấn đề gặp phải: từ hệ thống platform, vận hành, sales, marketing.

Nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ, khách hàng và các xu hướng mới ở Việt Nam và trên thế giới để tìm ra ý tưởng và đưa ra tư vấn chiến lược cho khách hàng.

Soạn thảo proposal, soạn thảo tài liệu presentation và thuyết trình về giải pháp cho khách hàng.

Phối hợp với Sale trong việc tư vấn, thương thảo để xúc tiến ký kết hợp đồng.

Theo dõi, phân tích, đánh giá và đưa ra đề xuất cải thiện cho từng mục tiêu cam kết với Khách hàng trong quá trình triển khai sau bán.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm Presales, Business Development tư vấn giải pháp cho doanh nghiệp hoặc có kinh nghiệm vị trí Business Analyst trong lĩnh vực TMĐT/ Bán lẻ/ CRM/ ERP.

Có khả năng giao tiếp, tương tác và thuyết trình với khách hàng tốt

Có khả năng tư vấn hoặc có thể học hỏi nhanh các giải pháp xoay quanh việc phát triển website, Omnichannel

Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm và kỹ năng liên quan đến UI/UX website

Có kỹ năng thiết kế powerpoint, làm pitch deck/proposal

Có kinh nghiệm tư vấn giải pháp cho các doanh nghiệp bán lẻ cho các kênh Website, POS, Sàn, Social là 1 lợi thế
