- Chuẩn bị và xem xét dự báo tải, lịch hoàn công và kế hoạch điều phối nhân sự._- Attend kick-off meetings and establish customer channels of communication.
- Tham dự các cuộc họp khởi động và thiết lập các kênh giao tiếp với khách hàng._- Review and submit the completion schedule to the customer and support the government tester and internal QC staff.
- Xem và gửi tiến độ hoàn công cho khách hàng và hỗ trợ nhân viên kiểm tra và nhân viên QC nội bộ._- Hand over to the client, regularly report project status, highlight potential issues, and participate in site activities.
- Bàn giao cho khách hàng, thường xuyên báo cáo tiến độ dự án, nêu các vấn đề tiềm ẩn và tham gia vào các hoạt động tại công trình._- Ensures that the projects are implemented effectively to achieve the profitability target and/or not to exceed the cost limit.
- Đảm bảo các dự án được thực hiện hiệu quả để đạt được mục tiêu lợi nhuận và/hoặc không vượt quá giới hạn chi phí._- Coordinate teams of Installation Supervisors, fitters, subcontractors Technical Specialists, and New Equipment Sales on installation issues.
- Phối hợp với Giám Sát Lắp Đặt, thợ lắp đặt, Chuyên gia kỹ thuật của nhà thầu phụ và nhân viên kinh doanh thiết bị mới về các vấn đề lắp đặt._- Implement installation methods and supervise the execution of works, materials, assemblies, and documentation.
- Thực hiện các phương pháp lắp đặt và giám sát việc thực hiện công trình, tài liệu, lắp ráp và tài liệu._- Advise the Managers to issue citations and update EH&S policies, standards, and local regulations regularly to keep the data up to date.
- Thường xuyên đưa ra trích dẫn và cập nhật chính sách, tiêu chuẩn và quy định EH&S để cập nhật dữ liệu cho Quản Lý._- Monitor installation and inspection and conduct final checks to ensure the lift installation quality meets company requirements.
- Giám sát lắp đặt, kiểm định và tiến hành kiểm tra cuối cùng để đảm bảo chất lượng lắp đặt thang máy đáp ứng các yêu cầu của công ty._- Ensure the safety of the work environment and resolve defect/ outstanding list and technical issues.
- Đảm bảo an toàn cho môi trường làm việc và giải quyết lỗi/danh sách tồn đọng và các vấn đề kỹ thuật._

REQUIREMENTS/ _YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC_- Sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp các trường Trung Cấp Dạy Nghề, Cao Đẳng chuyên ngành cơ khí, điện, cơ điện, kỹ thuật điện...hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Fresh graduate from Colleagues, Vocational Training School in Mechanical, Engineering, Electrical...or equivalent._- Trung thực, có trách nhiệm, và chăm chỉ trong công việc với tinh thần chăm sóc khách hàng tốt nhất.
- Honest, responsible, hard-working with good customer mindset._- Ham học hỏi, phát triển, sẵn sàng đi công tác và có tinh thần làm việc đội nhóm tốt.
