+ Have the responsibility for the quality of BAEMIN products
+ Review requirements and specifications to provide timely meaningful feedback.
+ Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
+ Managing internal/external testers to execute tests
+ Design and implement testing automation
+ Give an effort to provide a bug-free production environment with internal teams

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
The employee must meet the following minimum job requirements to successfully perform the job
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineer/ Information Technology, or experiences in related fields.
- Experience

+ Around 3 years of experience as a QC Engineer or Senior Tester (automation/ fullstack);
+ Having excellent analytical skills and systematic arrangement skills of anomaly;
+ Having the ability to analyze problems in an engineering way;
+ Having logical communication skills;
+ Familiar with agile software development and engineering culture.
- Skills/Knowledge

+ Have hands-on experience with JavaScript, being an expert in Selenium/ Java;
+ Experience in Cypress framework is a plus;
+ Understand of the product at the implementation level, be able to analyze logs and API responses in microservice integration level;
+ Agile and Reactive Problem-solving skills;
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills, particularly ability to work in squad to ensure delivering project timely meaningful;
+ Good at spoken and written English is strongly preferred.

- Who you are:
+ "+3" years or more experience as a QA Engineer or Senior Tester
